That&#039;s why I believe all of Portland&#039;s neighborhood schools should be given the latitude of charters to innovate.</description>

I attended a meeting at Trillium tonight. There are some truly inspiring approaches to literacy and literacy instruction going on there. I wish more schools in PPS looked at learning to read and write from Trillium&#039;s perspective.</description>
