Not ready for prime time

The school board office has issued a revised agenda for tomorrow’s special board meeting, with the start time changed to 5 pm. The meeting, previously scheduled to start at 7, is still scheduled for an hour, and still has the single agenda item of appointing a zone 4 director.

    The change is so that working parents like me cannot be there to speak out and protest if they make the wrong decision.

    If history is a guide, there won’t be any actual deliberation anyway, just once around the horn with everybody’s two cents before a unanimous (or near-unanimous) vote for….

    Well, I think you all know who I think they’re going to pick.
